Our Story
Pollux Medtech Limited, a tech-based company with a focus on improving healthcare through innovative technological solutions, was founded in February 2025. This company was born out of the passion of its founders – Dr. Williams Shekinah, Dr. Omokanye Chris, and Engr. Gureje Goodness – to make delivery of healthcare services easier, more efficient and effective through the power of technology and cutting-edge research.
Technological solutions delivered by Pollux Medtech include developing apps for diagnostics, therapeutics, evaluation/monitoring of systems; developing wearable/handheld/bedside medical devices for diagnostics, therapeutics, surveillance; developing IT systems and websites for healthcare organisation, administration, and surveillance, and developing advanced electronic medical records systems.
The company is legally registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Currently, the company is working on its first project, an application for connecting healthcare seekers with available healthcare facilities close to their vicinity and linking them with transport services close to their location.
